Black and White

Politics is a game of changing white into black and black into white therefore at time of every important event some new incident crop up to add new dimension into political scenario. Since last 2 days news channels were discussing JIT report on baldia town incident. First I want to make it very clear that whosoever is involved in this heinous crime should get due punishment irrespective of any background having said that my question is on integrity of JIT report. What is the surety that material in report is unbiased and based on facts. In the country like Pakistan where loyalties of anyone can be changed in exchange of personal gains and where mumtaz qadri, Molana Aziz, Akber Bhugti and asif zardari become hero and untouchable then any impossible thing can become possible. Irrespective of any top investigating agencies the political liking or disliking for personal agendas are there …. A very basic question comes to my mind that if report is so authentic then why it was not made public immediately after completion…. Why government of PPP was sitting over it .. Why elites from media and politics who claim to know every inside news (ANDAR KI BAAT) of power corridors did not talk about it earlier … Reply is simple that they all were waiting for right time to come …. And here comes the right time when parties are struggling for senate elections and mqm is seeking options to make alliance with political parties of Sindh other than PPP to win majority seats from Sind and if possible to topple PPP government in Sindh… Zardari like always played very smart move by releasing this report at right time and igniting impulsive politician like Imran khan to play catalyst role in his fight against mqm… Another pendora box against mqm related 12th May will be opened soon to further pressurize them… As if only mqm was involved in that incident and other political parties like ANP, PPP, JI and various individuals like iftikhar chaudhry himself were busy in worshipping Allah on 12th May…. The catastrophe happened after murder of Benazir Bhutto was much bigger in terms of financial and life losses as compare to any other incident and without saying the blame goes to PPP but no one talks about it as if it was a justified action by PPP. These partial and biased opinions on one political or ethnically group will always be unproductive and create confusion and hatred in society… Mqm has played major role in development of Karachi under guardian ship of President Musharraf.. But we forget all this easily and only remember perception based slogans like altaf means bhatta, Imran means Sacha and Nawaz means dhoka….. unfortunately not even a single main stream politican leader of our country is eligible to call morally and financial clean man and Imran is no exception from others. However, fortunately majority of military leadership of Pakistan is clean in terms of financial , moral and administrative corruption except one or two…..we can always debate over Military leader status as dictators but time has proven that during military governments Pakistan has gained financially and socially. In this scenario, people demand for military takeover cannot be considered as unconstitutional and we have to keep in mind that constitution is for Pakistan not vice versa.
